It's the regularly scheduled downtime so I thought I'd start a thread about what's going on with me. Hopefully some good stuff here and not the usual QQing I post.

Having a good time since I had my stuff replaced by Blizzard. I got to 5000g and bought epic flying so I could go really fast in Outland but found out I couldnt fly in Northrend without hitting lvl 77 and getting cold weather flying. This was kind of a blow since I found riding around Northrend so tiresome. It's said that it was set up that way to prevent people from zooming through the lower level content there but that's foolish IMO. They could have set it up so that you had to complete certain quests in Borean Tundra and Dragonblight and the like before you could access the higher level stuff. Maybe some single person instances or something to prevent geared lvl 80s from helping their guildies burn through it.But enough complaints. I made some money herbing with swiftflight form in Outland and got enough XP to ding lvl 76 and then bore down and quested through Dragonblight to get lvl 77. So now I have cold weather flying and am happy about it. 
Naturally I also got a lot of XP from dungeons. Four nights ago I tried to run Nexus with a PUG but it was buggy. People kept getting DCed. When our 2 warriors didnt come back online we gave up. Back at the summoning stone I met up with Ketoro and some Lotus folks coming for a heroic run. They had similar problems. When I got online the next night the first thing I saw was a group looking for a healer for regular Nexus. We cleared it no prob. The nite before last I was in Dragonblight and stumbled into Azjol-Nerub (almost literally). I went investigating an exclamation point and jumped down into the hole and was immediately invited to a group with a couple lvl 75s who had tried it alone. I accepted and we were on our way before I realized it was a dungeon. I decided not to participate in a wipefest and went back to questing but later Eddiepaul and Laylu were on and we ran it with another nice married couple we met.
That was when I hit lvl 77 and I didnt quite have the cash to train for cold weather flying so I scrambled around a bit and put together the 1000g and yesterday I bought it. I am flying around Northrend at epic speed! Last nite I did a couple dungeons with Saarpedon and Hayes. They are both lvl 80 now and the 2nd dungeon was a bit high lvl for me. We ran Violet Hold in Dalaran. That was fun. You dont have to pull just start the action and the mobs come to you. Boy do they ever come. Intense and quick. Just the way I like it. I was feeling kind of useless though because Hayes is such a good tank and my DPS is not great. Felt like I wasnt pulling my weight though no one complained. Then our healer bit the dust and I was able to battle rez him and drop a group heal to bring him up and keep everyone else from getting too low. If they had had some pure DPSer it would have been a wipe but no one died. So I felt better after that and focussed on taking on mobs that were aggroing the healer.
The 2nd dungeon was the Culling of Stratholme and like I said, it was high lvl. So high that I couldnt get the quest for it. You go back in time (Caverns of Time) and watch that gentle prince Arthas massacre the citizens of Strat lest the town become infested with undead and the lands around succumb to the plague. Yeah, we know how THAT turned out. We wiped once on the first boss who hit us in the middle of a fight. Adds are one thing. When a boss adds on, it's tough. But after that we did fine. I picked up 2 nice items for my spell set. A chest piece and a one handed mace. They are really nice but again both are high lvl so I cant use them until I get to 78. I'm already at 66% of the experience I need for that. I spent so much time hanging around in Shat after I downloaded WotLK that I never have just regular XP anymore. It's blue bar all the way so 200% XP for everything. So I'm on the lookout for a nice offhand piece to complement the one handed mace. It has plus 300 spell power. That's over 100 SP more than my current staff but I will lose spirit and MP5 so I need something to help with mana regen. I'm already having issues with that at the higher levels. I never used to have to stop a group so I could get mana very often but in A-N I had to drink like 10 times. Dont wanna make it worse.

I havent been able to run many dungeons with you guys lately.. been gearing for Naxx and the dailies are keeping me busy trying to keep my cash flow going for repairs.
If im on and not doing anything or just dailies hit me up im a decent tank and an exceptional dps if laylu wants to tank lol that way you all can get lots of loot 
by Naxx time we prolly might slow down on the heroic and normal dailies so can prolly get more time on with ya for runs not too sure though

Ketoro ran with us last nite after the server came back online. With his help we cleared the Old Kingdom, the dungeon next to Azjol-Nerub. A former member of the Guardians of the Night, Edon, came along. He did good work but half-jokingly tried to recruit us into his new guild, the Blue Pill. Not having any erectile dysfunction issues, we politely declined.

Well last nite was a bust. I went on an Old World raid, Temple of Ahn'Qiraj or something in Sithilus, but it was a circus. I recruited some people to come along and it was very poorly run. People got impatient and were threatening to leave if we didnt get going but when we did we werent organized and lots of people died. Saarpedon was smart. He quit right away. I lasted longer and died 3 times. Usmkillerr and Lacantis were still there when I gave up.
After I visited the trainer to pick up my druid spells. I've been trolling on Trade to enchant the new spell mace I picked up in Culling of Stratholme and I found someone to do it for 60g. But I was in Darnassus and waiting for my hearth cooldown to expire and he had to go do the arena. So I lost out. When I did get back to Dalaran Hayes and Saarpedon wanted to run CoS again. I was down but we couldnt find the right group. When it got to be after 2 in the morning I gave up trying and called it a nite. So like I said, a bust. Today will be better I'm sure. Gonna try to grind up to lvl 78 in Sholozar Basin. I hear the herbing is good there.

I hate doing raids! Every time I've tried nobody was doing what they were suppose to and rushed everything. Those kinda things makes me wonna become a horde just so I might have a chance to see progress. And reading Back whats up with Edon? I ran into him a while ago after not talking since he left. (not because he left just never talked) and all of a sudden he starts recruiting? That was a little annoying to be honest. I like where I'm at. : )
